The hotel had nice rooms and exceptional cleaning services. the friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home, and the fixed menu for dinner was delicious. the cheese and charcuterie board offered with the wine before dinner was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the good facilities such as the ski room and spa, and the hotel's cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
The spa pool was beautifully designed but only heated to 34 degrees, so it was not really hot enough to be considered a hot tub.

the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts and with stunning views. the room was comfortable with exceptional daily cleaning and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. We enjoyed a delicious fixed-menu dinner one evening with a cheese and charcuterie board offered before. the ski room and spa were fantastic additions, making the stay even more comfortable.
The spa pool was not heated to a high temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, and we appreciated the exceptional daily housekeeping service. The facilities, such as the ski room and spa, were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, which was one of the best meals we had during our trip. Before dinner, we were treated to a delightful cheese and charcuterie board with wine. Additionally, we were grateful that the hotel was happy to accommodate a late checkout, allowing us to squeeze in an extra half day of skiing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with daily cleaning. The hotel's facilities, including the ski room and spa, were convenient and well-maintained. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the ski slopes and transportation. We also enjoyed the delicious fixed menu dinner offered at the hotel, which included a lovely cheese and charcuterie board with wine before dinner.
Not one thing came up during our stay that we could complain about. This hotel exceeded all our expectations and provided us with a fantastic experience.

The hotel had good facilities, including a ski room and spa. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and were cleaned exceptionally well every day. Dinner at the hotel was a highlight, with delicious food and a nice cheese/charcuterie board offered with wine. The hotel also allowed us to have a late checkout so we could ski for an extra half day. a great place to stay for a Christmas ski trip.
The spa pool was a bit of a letdown. Although it was beautifully designed, it was only heated to 34 degrees, so it wasn't really a hot tub.
